As the Jesuit Fight Song plays to start the annual Commencement Luncheon,
all 244 members of the Class of 2009 process into the Napoleon Ballroom.

The newest Blue Jay alumni gather on the stage facing the audience of alumni.

It takes several minutes for all Blue Jays to assemble on and around the stage.

When all have processed in, Fr. McGinn welcomes everyone and says grace, after which
Blue Jays take their seats at their respective tables.

Approximately 200 Jesuit alumni joined in welcoming the Class of 2009
into the Blue Jay alumni ranks.

Among those at the guest of honor table are, seated from left, Jesuit alumni association president
Carl Servat, Fr. McGinn, and alumni chaplain Fr. Norman O’Neal, S.J.; standing from left,

Floyd delCorral ’44 made a special trip back home from Shreveport, where he has lived since
evacuating Katrina, to join his family, including sons Ken ’72 and Wayne ’77,
