· Today’s exams are French, Spanish, Greek, and Social Studies. Students taking make-up exams tomorrow must report to Room 122 at 7:55 a.m. · Students are not allowed in the hallways during exams. Students are allowed in the library, the commons, and the school yard. Today’s second period includes both one hour and one and a half hour exams. Upon being dismissed from the one hour exam, students should move out of the hallways quickly and quietly. Students should not be in the hallways until all second period exams have ended. Students should also keep noise to a minimum in the school yard and around the building. · Today’s second exam begins at 9:40. · The varsity baseball team will begin play in the Jay Patterson Shootout against Dutchtown this afternoon at 4:00 at St. Amant. · The 8th-grade baseball team will play a doubleheader against John Curtis this afternoon at 2:30 at Jefferson Playground. · The varsity tennis team will play Holy Cross this afternoon at 4:00 at UNO. · The JV tennis team will play St. Martin's this afternoon at 4:00 at UNO. · The general student council will meet today immediately after the second exam in Room 329. · The Jazz Band will rehearse today immediately after the second exam. · The Songwriters Club will meet today at 1:00 p.m. in Room 203 with special featured guests Andrew Duhon and Jesuit graduate Matt Resignola. All are invited to attend and bring your own axe. · The rugby team will have a full team practice today at 3:30 p.m. on the West Bank field. This practice will be followed by a B-team game against Shaw. The A-team will play ESA on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. in Lafayette. · The National Honor Society will meet Monday during the second half of lunch in Room 329. Any student who will be inducted on Thursday should attend. The election of officers will be held for the 2010-2011 school year.

· Today’s exams are Math, Latin, and Study Skills. Tomorrow’s exams are French, Spanish, Greek, and Social Studies. · Students are not allowed in the hallways during exams. Students are allowed in the library, the commons, and the school yard. Students should also keep noise to a minimum in the school yard and around the building. · Daily Mass is offered as usual throughout exam week at 7:15 a.m. in the small chapel. · The varsity basketball team will face Scotlandville in the state semi-finals tonight at 6:30 at the Cajundome in Lafayette. Tickets are $10. · Students riding the Spirit Bus to Lafayette should meet in the yard at 2:45. · All students who attend tonight’s basketball game and would like to take one or two exams on Friday must turn in their ID’s at the game. · Tonight’s basketball game will be broadcast over radio station WSLA-1560AM. Our very own Mr. Jeremy Reuther joins local sports announcer Ken Trahan in bringing us all the action from the Cajundome in Lafayette. The audio may be accessed via the Jesuit website. · This is the last week that the National Honor Society is collecting Mardi Gras beads for St. Michael Special School. Both exam periods today include one hour and one and a half hour exams. Upon being dismissed from the one hour exam, students should move out of the hallways quickly and quietly. Students should not wait in the hallways for the second exam until all first period exams have ended. Forms are due by 7:45 a.m. tomorrow. The only cost is $10 for the game ticket. Students providing their own transportation to the game should also pick up a separate form if they would like to take one or two of their Thursday exams on Friday.
