The new wing includes a students' chapel (upper portion, left); an auditorium directly below; in the section on the right on the ground floor, the cafeteria; on the second floor, the library; and on the third, the band room.  The newly-asphalted portion of the yard appears in the foreground.

The facade of the new Jesuit High School students' chapel, dedicated to the Jesuit Martyrs of North America.  The two upper floors house the large chapel; and the two lower floors, the new auditorium are capable of seating the entire student body.

Sculptured on the pediment of the student's chapel are three of the Jesuit Martyrs of North America: left to right, Saints John Lalande, Isaac Jogues, and René Goupil.

Main altar of students' chapel


The auditorium, which is of excellent acoustical design, has a seating capacity of 933.  The stage, 32 feet wide and 40 feet deep, is equipped with intricate modern lighting.  Below the stage is an orchestra pit.  The auditorium has motion picture accommodations and two loud-speaking systems.
