Under the direction of Malcolm Villarrubia (standing), Jesuits Director of Professional Development, and veteran teachers involved in the Jesuit Mentor Program, nine new faculty members meet their mentors on Thursday morning and begin the process of learning the Jesuit way. Each new instructor is assigned a mentor to guide and to advise the teacher through his/her first year. Jesuits program for new teachers has been adopted by many Jesuit high schools throughout the United States.
