Volunteers Are Needed for Celebration 2010!    Jesuit High School's Annual Gala Saturday, March 13, 2010 Traditions Courtyard & Student Commons Once in a Jesuit Blue Moon, a painting by Genevieve Liljeberg, is the inspiration behind the themes this year for the Blue Jay Bazaar and Celebration! Sign me up to volunteer for Celebration 2010. Auction Solicitation: I can seek donations of Auction items and make follow-up calls. Decorations: I am creative and can help with flowers, candles, and decorations. (Volunteers need to be available two days prior to event.) Auction Set-up: I can help set up the the Auction boards and tables. (Volunteers need to be available two weeks prior to event, as well as the day before, and day of, Celebration.) Restaurants/Food/ Beverages: I can work with the restaurant chair person and seek donations of food for Celebration. I can set up the food and beverages for the event. General Help Where Needed on Day/Night of Event: I can be available to help out wherever I am needed the most on the day or night of Celebration — Auctions, Lotto, Party Boards, Check-in, Check-out, etc. Personal Donation: I can help by personally securing donations of art, getaways, jewelry, fishing trips, gift certificates, and other items of value.
