Attention Jesuit Parents and Athletes: PHYSICAL DAY SET FOR MAY 17, 2008 Any current student in grades 8-11 planning to participate on an athletic team or club sport in the upcoming 2008-2009 school year is required to have completed an athletic physical before participation is allowed.    Jesuit will offer a complete physical exam for all current and prospective athletes on Saturday, May 17, free of charge.   Students should complete Sections I, II, and III of the LHSAA Medical History form and bring it with them on Saturday, May 17.  This link to this form is available below, on the front page of the Jesuit website, or from any member of the athletic staff.   LHSAA Physicals Information   This Physical Day is the only opportunity for current students to receive a physical free of charge.  The schedule of physicals by sport is as follows:   Physical Schedule Saturday, May 17, 2008   Baseball, Soccer                                              9:00-9:30 a.m. Lacrosse                                                           9:30-10:00 a.m. Football                                                           10:00-11:30 a.m. Cross Country, Track, Rugby                       11:30-12:30 p.m. Swimming, Wrestling, In-Line Hockey           1:00-2:00 p.m. Tennis, Basketball, Golf                                  2:00 p.m. If you have any questions, please email David Moreau (moreaud@jesuitnola.org).
