Regular Order, Day 2

  • Voting remains open today for Student Council Class Level Officers until 2:00pm on CANVAS. Room 213 is available at lunch for voting. Results will be read at dismissal today and the runoff election will be immediately accessible on CANVAS following that announcement.
  • Join Campus Ministry for the Nine Churches walk on Good Friday. The walk will begin at 8:15am at St. Stephen’s Church and conclude at 2:00pm at Immaculate Conception Church on Common and Baronne. You can download the Nine Churches app, which includes the walking route and prayers from the App Store. See Mr. Flores or Fr. Dyer with any questions.
  • Senior Student Council Homeroom Representatives will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 112.
  • There will be an emergency meeting of the Star Wars Club today during the first half of lunch in Room 230.
  • Juniors interested in serving as Eucharistic Ministers for the 2019-2020 school year will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 329.
  • Student Ministry will meet today during the first half of lunch in Room 329.
  • The Herpetology club will meet today during the second half of lunch in Room 229. New members are welcomed.
  • The tennis team will continue play in the LHSAA regional tournament this morning at City Park starting at 8:00.

  • The varsity baseball team will face Rummel tonight at Kirsch-Rooney with first pitch set for 7:00.

  • The 9th grade baseball team will host Rummel this afternoon at John Ryan Stadium starting at 4:30.

  • The varsity track and field team will compete in the district meet this afternoon and evening at Tad Gormley.  Field events start at 4:00, while the running events begin at 6:00.  Both student and faculty ID’s will be accepted at the gate.
  • Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors interested in applying to become a volunteer for various summer camps at the Children’s Museum should see Mrs. Favalora in the guidance office. The application deadline is May 1st.
  • If you have a free period last period today, please come be a part of our audience for the Public Speaking class performance of the old time radio theatre show “The Wright Brothers First Flight” at 2:30PM in the auditorium.
