The Wisdom of Lent

Wednesday, March 13

Chapel of the North American Martyrs

Is Lent just post-Mardi Gras recovery and pre-Easter seafood Fridays? Fr. Paul Shaughnessy, S.J., Jesuit High School’s alumni chaplain, will provide Lenten insights from his vast experience serving the country and the Church around the world. With a New England foundation and decades serving as a chaplain in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, Fr. Shaughnessy’s colorful personality has made him a hit at Jesuit High School among the young and old alike.
Parents of current students, parents of alumni, and Jesuit alumni and their spouses are welcome to attend this evening of reflection on Wednesday, March 13, at 7:00 p.m. Light refreshments and socializing will follow the Mass and presentation. Confessions will be available as early as 6:30 p.m. (optional).
