Evening of Lenten Reflection on March 7
Alumni, Parents, and Parents of Alumni are cordially invited to attend the
Evening of Lenten Reflection
Fr. Kevin Dyer, S.J.
Wednesday, March 7
7 – 8:30 p.m.
Chapel of the North American Martyrs
Lent is a time for detachment from the things of the world in order to more deeply focus on the things of heaven. Drawing from the wellspring of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, Fr. Kevin Dyer will present on gratitude as one of the key features of the spiritual life. In a world where it can be easy to focus on negativity and the trials of life, thanksgiving for the graces of each day can be a source of profound spiritual nourishment. The talk will focus on gratitude both in daily spirituality and the spirituality fostered in the Mass. After the presentation there will be a reception with refreshments and snacks in the Student Commons.
Registration is Now Closed
