National Academic Scholars Information Due Sept. 15

Each year Jesuit High School produces a brochure highlighting the achievements of Blue Jays recognized as National Academic Scholars.

National Merit, Hispanic, and Achievement Scholarship qualifying test semifinalists must fill in the information required on the form below. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Parents or guardians must sign in the appropriate place confirming all the information submitted is accurate. The printed and signed form must be returned to the principal’s office by no later than noon on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
