Alumni, parents, and parents of alumni participated in input sessions on October 30 and November 1, 2012 to help develop a 10-year strategic plan conducted by Jesuit President Fr. Raymond Fitzgerald, S.J. The input sessions were the second phase of the strategic planning process which started with an online survey to all members of the Jesuit community. The participants broke into small groups led by faculty and staff facilitators offering advice in five areas: Academics, Student Life, Jesuit and Catholic Identity, Finance, and Facilities.

The advice will be reviewed by the president, his senior staff, the President’s Advisory Council, and ultimately the Board of Directors in forming a long-range strategic plan.

Serving in his second year as president, Fr. Fitzgerald is seeking to define a clear vision of Jesuit High School in 2023 and how to best achieve that vision. “While it is difficult to say with pin-point precision where Jesuit will be in 2023, I am confident that we will be much better because of your input, your support, and your dedication to the mission of Jesuit,” Fr. Fitzgerald said.
